    Khajuraho: A UNESCO World Heritage Site located in Madhya Pradesh, Khajuraho is known around the world for its stunning temples adorned by erotic and sensuous carvings. A small town located in the Bundelkhand region, Khajuraho is a brilliant example of Indian architecture and its culture back in the medieval period.

    Bhopal: The capital of Madhya Pradesh, Bhopal is a city of contrasts, where ancient heritage and modern development coexist. The city is divided by two artificial lakes, Upper and Lower, that reflect its beauty and history. Bhopal is home to some of the finest examples of Mughal architecture, such as the Taj-Ul-Masjid and the Moti Masjid, built by the female rulers who once governed the city. Bhopal also offers a glimpse into the rich and diverse culture of India’s Adivasi tribes at the Rashtriya Manav Sangrahalay, a unique museum that showcases their art, crafts, and lifestyles.

    Indore: Indore is a city that combines the charm of history and the vibrancy of modernity. It is the cleanest city in India and a smart city in the making. Indore is home to the magnificent Rajwada palace, a seven-storeyed monument that showcases the glory of the Holkar dynasty.     Pachmarhi: Pachmarhi is the only hill station and is the highest point in Madhya Pradesh. Pachmarhi is also often known as “Satpura ki Rani” or the “Queen of the Satpura Range”. Situated at an altitude of 1,067 metres, the picturesque town is a part of UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, home to leopards, tigers, and other wildlife 1.

    Kanha National Park: Located in a central region of Madhya Pradesh, Kanha National Park is the largest National Park in central India and has been ranked as one of the best parks in Asia. Among the 22 species of large mammals, the royal Bengal tigers are one of the major attractions. One of the best tiger reserves in India, Kanha National Park is also home to the Indian wild dog, the sloth bear, and the barasingha.

    Orchha: Orchha is a historical town located on the banks of river Betwa in Madhya Pradesh, known for its grand palaces, and intricately carved temples. Famously known as the city of palaces, it is world-renowned for the classic mural paintings, frescos and Chhatris (cenotaphs) that were constructed by the Bundela rulers in the 16th and 17th centuries.

    Sanchi: Sanchi is a small village located in the Raisen district of Madhya Pradesh. It is famous for its ancient Buddhist monuments, including the Great Stupa, which is one of the oldest stone structures in India. The stupa is surrounded by a number of smaller stupas, temples, and monasteries, all of which are decorated with intricate carvings and sculptures .

    Ujjain: Ujjain is an ancient city located on the banks of the Kshipra River in Madhya Pradesh. It is one of the seven sacred cities of the Hindus and is famous for its ancient temples.
